Through a groundbreaking program created by OffSiteCare, both physicians and nurses can now fulfill their CME requirements through virtual attendance over the Internet of Grand Rounds presentations at Palm Drive Hospital, Sebastopol CA.

Content will be provided by James K. Gude, M.D. Among his other distinctions, Dr. Gude is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCSF, and is Board-certified as a pulmonologist and as an intensivist. In addition to the expertise that Dr. Gude offers on a wide array of clinical content, he also involves many of his distinguished associates to add scope and depth to the Grand Rounds presentations.

Attendees can either participate over the OffSiteCare telemedicine network, or in person at Palm Drive Hospital, Sebastopol CA. Grand Rounds are held every Wednesday from 8 to 9AM, and are eligible for CME/CE credit. Hospitals in our network are encouraged to provide conference room accommodations for staff to participate, using an InTouch laptop and projector for optimum viewing and participation.

Participation is not restricted to hospital personnel – all medical personnel in the community are welcome to participate. Attendance is currently restricted to conference rooms in an OffSiteCare member hospital or other access points on the secure, HIPPA-compliant InTouch/OffSiteCare network (general Internet access is not available).
